Leadership Coaching

Everyone can benefit from being coached, not only the members of the group, but also the leader of this group. This coaching programme is about increasing one’s self-knowledge and self-awareness in regards to how you work as a leader in a team, as well as to learn more about the different types of leadership necessary for a variety of groups.

Elizabeth Kuylenstierna has worked with a vast range of managers on different levels within the private and public sectors. She dares to ask powerful questions and to push the boundaries, and is devoted to help you be the best manager you can be and to make the most of your position.

The Human Element

The Human Element is a course for those of you who wish to gain a deeper understanding for your inner leadership abilities. You will embark a journey of development, both individually and together with your group. The course is for managers, leaders and key employees who want to develop their own leadership and become better leaders for others. You can join a course open for everyone or book Elizabeth to lead a course at your office. The course will be tailored to your needs.

You will work on your individual development, whilst also receiving feedback from your group, for five days. The course is set in a calm environment, yet will include intense work, and the more present you are in your development, the more you will gain during the week.

The Human Element is interactive and combines practical tasks and shorter theory sessions that will take you through the three dimensions of the FIRO theory by Will Schutz. The participants will also be assisted in understanding the different instruments of self assessment, which can show various aspects of human behaviour.

The purpose of The Human Element is to improve the self-awareness among the participants, as well as strengthen the curiosity and desire to make conscious, active choices and recognise the benefits of understanding our differences and similarities.
